Children and Grand Children

This is Ali on a visit to my condo in American Fork just a few days after my 60th birthday and a month and a half after my dad's 85th birthday. Ali and Lia at the condo. Wes, Elizabeth and Ali. Ali. This is my father, Howard A. Trexler, holding his newest (at the time) great granddaughter taken in June 2007. Eventually, in 2007, Wes and Elizabeth had a baby who they named Alexandra Nicole Trexler. "Ali" was born in Boise Idaho. This photo was taken when she was just a few weeks old. At the time of her birth I was living in Texas, over 2000 miles away so it took me a while to get to Boise. I just liked this picture of Wes (seated in the background) and Elizabeth at their reception. Wes and Elizabeth were married when Wes graduated from BYU and just prior to them leaving for Wisconsin for his first job out of school. They stayed there for a few years and then took a job in Boise Idaho. Sorry about cutting off the top of your head in the photo Wes. While attending Brigham Young University Wes met Elizabeth who turned out to be the love of his life. Elizabeth is from Ecuador. I am often asked if Wes met Elizabeth while on his mission. I think Wes got the best that Ecuador has to offer. This photo is the one they used for their Engagement announcement. This photo of Wes and me was taken at the Salt Lake Temple in 2003 after he had returned home from his mission to Venezuela. Here Wes is showing us on a map of the world the exact location of Venezuela. This photo was taken in the Missionary Training Center in Provo prior to leaving for his mission. Here he received missionary and language training. This photo is of Wes at a friends house (Mark McCown). He is either reading his mission call that he just received to his mother or to me. He went to Venezuela on his mission in 2000. This is a family photo taken after Wes received his Eagle Scout Award in Tucson Arizona. I am also wearing a uniform because I was the Advancement Record Keeper at the time. This is my 3rd son Weston Dean Trexler. Wes was born in Phoenix Arizona while I was attending ASU in Tempe, Arizona.
